1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invexo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invexo is a professional invoice management platform that allows users to:

  • Create, manage, and track income and expense invoices
  • Manage clients and contracts
  • Generate PDF invoices
  • View financial reports and analytics
3. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • Restricting access to your computer or device
  • All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

Invexo offers a free tier with limited features and a paid plan with full access.

  • Free Plan: Up to 5 invoices and 5 contracts at no charge
  • Premium Plan: $9.99 per month, billed automatically via PayPal. Cancel anytime from your PayPal account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Billing: The Premium plan is billed through PayPal at the start of each monthly period and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Settings โ†’ Manage / Cancel Subscription, from your PayPal account, or via the link in your PayPal receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan.
  • Your data: Cancelling does not delete your invoices, contracts or clients.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged by mistake (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days at rosenblattroei@gmail.com and we will review it.

โš ๏ธ Refunds: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments already made are non-refundable, including for partially used months, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your country.

Invexo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing paid users will not be affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invexo to:

  • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of any third party
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Invexo and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Invexo.

You retain all rights to the data and content you create using the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All data associated with your account may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Invexo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Invexo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Business & Invoice Data:

  • Device type
  • IP address
  • Usage patterns and feature interactions
2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your account registration and authentication
  • Send transactional emails (activation codes, account notifications)
  • Notify you of new signups (admin only)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Analyze usage to improve features
  • Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in two ways:

  • Local Storage: Invoice and client data is stored locally in your browser for fast access
  • Supabase (Cloud): Account information and plan status are stored securely in our cloud database hosted on Supabase (EU West โ€” Ireland)

๐Ÿ”’ Your password is never stored in plain text. All sensitive data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase โ€” Database and authentication (supabase.com)
  • EmailJS โ€” Email notifications (emailjs.com)
  • Google OAuth โ€” Optional sign-in with Google (google.com)
  • PayPal โ€” Payment processing (paypal.com)
  • Netlify โ€” Hosting (netlify.com)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations or court orders
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Invexo, our users, or others
  • With service providers who assist in operating the Service (listed above)
6. Cookies

Invexo uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your session and preferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly required for authentication.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Correction โ€” Update inaccurate information in your account settings
  • Deletion โ€” Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Portability โ€” Export your invoice data via CSV
  • Objection โ€” Object to certain processing of your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including Ireland and the United States), where data protection laws may differ. By using Invexo, you consent to these transfers.

1. Age Restriction

Invexo is a professional business invoicing tool designed for adults and business professionals. Our Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. COPPA Compliance

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. ยง 6501 et seq., Invexo:

  • Does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
  • Does not direct its Service to children under 13
  • Does not knowingly allow children under 13 to register for the Service
  • Does not market to children under 13
3. Discovery of Child Accounts

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will:

  • Immediately delete all associated data
  • Terminate the account without prior notice
  • Take appropriate steps to prevent re-registration

  • Name, email address, or phone number

  • Photos or other media
  • Any personally identifiable information
6. Verification

During account registration, users must acknowledge that they are at least 13 years of age. While we cannot independently verify the age of all users, we rely on users and parents to ensure compliance with this policy.

7. Safe Harbor

Invexo operates in good faith compliance with COPPA. We take reasonable measures to ensure our Service is not used by children under 13. However, if any such data is collected inadvertently, we will take immediate corrective action upon discovery.
